Blackhawk Daddy

Uncle D had a special treat this weekend....he got to ride in a Blackhawk helicopter. The kids loved getting a tour and watching their Dad take off. After about an hour of excitement, Grandma Sal and I took the kids to the park and then I headed to the library.

Uncle D flew directly over our house on the way home (Cgirl and Grandma Sal actually heard the chopper).

On Saturday night we took the kids to Monsters vs. Aliens (Uncle D and I give a big 'thumbs down' and Cgirl loved it=).

We are all thankful for a short week!
