lots of fun to come

Three people in our house have been ill over the past two weeks. This seems to wipe us all out and never does much for trying to eat more healthy and working out. Now that everyone appears healthy again, we can get onto life as usual.

We have lots of fun coming up this month. Over Thanksgiving my penpal from Australia is going to visit for a week. We are all excited to reconnect with her.

The past few weeks we have been able to find time to have fun when certain people were healthy. Both children had their costume parades at school. CAW's Spider Man costume was perfect because the mask blocked his awful cough. Cgirl ended up becoming ill on Halloween morning. That was a major bummer but so many people were kind enough to bring her candy and cards, I think she has forgotten how sad she was (we dressed her up at h1n1 girl and drove around to a few houses in the van).

We also attended the International Folk Fair. We were able to spend time with Gloria and see Stella dance. Cgril loved it! CAW was sick at home=(

Cgirl was able to visit an animal rescue shelter with her fellow Brownies on a beautiful fall day.

Cgirl was lucky enough to have Auntie Shelly and CAW join her for lunch one day at school.

CAW was in a play at his school. He was a troll and was magnificent (although Uncle D and I both acknowledged a troll isn't a far stretch for him=).
