Weekend Update.

We had a very fun weekend although it ended up being quite different than originally planned.
Saturday we were going to do the water park in town with our friends Katie, Evan, and Jeff from Portland (on vacation in WI), and Heather and Will (from St. Paul). Well due to rain and illness that changed and ended up being a playdate at our house. It was a great time catching up with the kids. Katie was even playing pirates with them. Evan and CBW played very well together. Although Will wanted to wrestle with CAW, CAW was more interested in trying to keep up with the big kids. Uncle D and Jeff escaped to tour a local brewery. They both thought that was super cool.

On Sunday my cousin and her family were supposed to come for the day. I had even cooked (amazing, I know!). We got a call that morning that my cousin has the same illness I do so that was cancelled.

Uncle D thought it was a good idea to give CAW a yogurt and see if he could 'do-it-himself.' You can see how that ended up.

CBW and I saw 'Over the Hedge' this weekend. That was fun.
