A week update!!!!

Last Thursday night Andrea and Kathryn came over for dinner and a play date. CBW and Kathryn did so very well together. Cole was a big flirt with Andrea. It was so nice to catch up with Andrea and discuss the past, present, and future all in only a few hours! She was also thrilled to hear that CAW had slept from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 a.m. (he actually had to be woken up) that day. He also took his standard 3.5 hour nap.

On Saturday Auntie Shelly surprised us with a call that she wanted to come visit for the day. I brought her along to our county fair. This was the first year CBW wanted to go on rides. Usually we have to strongly encourage her to do so. Auntie also treated CBW to a game of 'pick-a-duck.' This was always a favorite since 'everyone's a winner.' We left Uncle D at home to pain the porch railings. At one point CAW had a mini-doughnut in each hand. Too cute. I should have gotten a picture.

On Sunday it was the annual UMD RA and their family gathering at our local water park. It poured on us but we still had a good time. We only had three of the six families but the kids managed to have a blast and then we came back to our house to celebrate Kelsey's third birthday. Cupcakes for all!

Not much else is new. We don't have any weekend plans (Uncle D's favorite type of weekends). Our babysitter is done on Monday. We are all very sad about that. My Mom is coming to help us with Tuesday-Friday next week so that will be awesome.
