There wasn't much good news last night in the Governor's address, but there was one glimmer of hope!

in his speech, Doyle:
- Reiterated his support for requiring insurance coverage for children with autism, passing a statewide smoking ban and combating drunken driving by making the third offense a felony and legalizing sobriety checkpoints.
