Uncle John

My Uncle John passed away last night. He had been battling throat cancer since Sept. 09. My aunt Tami is an amazing Mom and a role model to me in so many ways. She will lead her family through the fire, but tonight, I'm just really, really sad. Uncle D is out of town so I thought about waiting to tell the kids. That worked until they saw me crying. Hard conversations to have with a 6 and 9 year old.
