A Human Rainbow.....

Last night was our daycare/preschool potluck. Hard to believe this was CBW's seventh one. She was finally old enough to sing with the big kids. They sang and signed 'A Human Rainbow.' Uncle D and I were sure she would get stage fright. But instead she did a great job and even started jumping up and down at the end when everyone was clapping.

It was a great time. CAW was a bit overwhelmed by all the chaos (Uncle D was too). Uncle D had to work last night (his student party) so I got everyone off to bed and decided to turn in myself at 9:30 p.m. (very rare!). Uncle D then came home and we had such fun discussing how big CBW was and what a great job she did.

As my friend Teresa said 'that is one of the best things about being married, having someone else in the world who is equally as excited about all of the little things your children do.'
