Fun-filled weekend

On Saturday we headed up to my folks for the day. We had not been there since Thanksgiving. Uncle D and my Dad ice fished for 3.5 hours. Uncle D said he has a new appreciation for ice fishing now that he is a Dad. The kids played inside with their 'cousins' and had a blast. CAW even napped three hours.

On Sunday, CBW and I headed into the cities to meet Heather's new baby, Charlie. CBW stayed with Auntie Shelly and Kahn. She had a blast playing Barbies, etc. Baby Charlie was sweet and slept the entire time we were there. It always looks so easy but I still remember 21 months ago.

It is still cold here so the kids are in desperate need to get outside. Hopefully this is our last week of Arctic air.

Not much else is new. CBW is excited for Valentine's Day and all the chocolate to follow.
