April Fools...

We had a very fun April Fools Day. CBW ended up having a snow day which didn't matter much since she was not supposed to have school due to kindergarten screening.

We started the day off with pancakes (while CAW was still home). Then Uncle D and CAW headed off to work. CBW made snow angels and put every scarf she could find on her Mommy.

We then headed to Perkins for a special Mommy/Daughter lunch. I'm always amazed at the conversations we have when we don't have the distractions of home.

CBW then had her 6 year physical. She weights 41.5 pounds and went from the 10th percentile to the 25th. They were happy to see that. Her height stayed consistent at the 50th percentile.

We called Uncle D and told him CBW needed glasses. He was 'on' right away to our April Fools Days prank.

Then we headed to campus to see CBW's artwork. We had received a note that her artwork had been selected to be on display. It was titled 'Winter Tree.' We did a lot of searching and she was thrilled when we finally found it.

Later in the afternoon we had CAW's PT conference. We learned he is VERY quiet at school. As usual, Uncle D isn't worried at all and I'm over analyzing what that might mean. We know he isn't quiet at home!
