Soccer, Grandparents, and a Birthday Party

Well it was a fun and busy weekend at our house. C-girl had her first soccer game. Her laid back personality followed her onto the soccer field. She would go to kick the ball and then back off at the last second if someone else was headed her way. The good news is that she had fun and the weather was beautiful. Grandpa and Grandma came to watch the big game and babysit since Uncle D and I had to work again on Saturday (thank you!).

They brought the kids back-to-school gifts. C-girl has been wanting the new 'Little Mermaid' movie for a long, long time! Huge hit!

C-girl also had a birthday party on Saturday. It was a big day for her. Luckily Sunday involved a long time in our pajamas and a family bike ride in the afternoon.

And here begins another very busy week at our house=)
